AB46 Makes various changes concerning the right of certain persons to purchase or possess a firearm. The Assembly Judiciary committee meeting is on February 20, 2009 at 8:00 AM in Room 3138.

Assemblyman Settelmeyer BDR 138 Makes various changes concerning firearms
Would make the semi-auto portion of the CCW similar to the current law on revolvers. Qualify for one and carry any. Would remove the provision on the CCW for make, model and caliber. GONV would like to see this (or another bill) amended to rid Clark County of registration.
Assemblyman Mortenson BDR 15- 255 Enacts Castle Doctrine for Nevada

Some states have adopted provisions on criminal or civil immunity for legally using force in self-defense. We’d like to see that enacted here. Stay tuned… Here is one from Colorado.

Assemblyman Hambrick BDR 15- 762 Makes various changes concerning the confiscation and disposition of dangerous weapons by law enforcement agencies.
Assemblyman Cobb BDR 15- 892 Makes it a crime to remove the firearm of a public officer or peace officer
